Itanagar, Mar 29: A virtual meeting in connection with various projects to be undertaken under Smart City Itanagar viz Health kiosk, Bus queue shelter, Intelligent Traffic and Transport Management System, place making at Ganga Itanagar, Multipurpose Building at Naharlagun etc was convened by the Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar with MLA Itanagar Techi Kaso, Mayor Tame Phassang and various other stakeholders.
The CEO Itanagar Smartcity Corporation Development, Dahey Sangno briefed about the projects and its proposed functionality, services etc in detail. He explained how Health Kiosk would be benefitting by providing mechanised check ins and registration which would result in providing an easier, modern and better health facility to the people. He briefed in detail about the intelligent traffic and transport management system to monitor traffic movement and to enforce traffic rules etc.
Other projects were also discussed in details with all the stakeholders.
Later, the CEO sought suggestions if any from all concerned to make the projects successful.
Among others, the SP Capital Jimmy Chiram and Municipal Commissioner Likha Teji attended the meeting.
