LONGDING, Apr 12:
A total of 376 villagers benefited from a free medical camp organized for the villagers of Konnu village, Longding district along the Indo Myanmar border jointly by the Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles with District Administration, Longding under the supervision of Circle Officer, Pongchau.
During the camp 105, female, 120 children’s were treated with free medicines along with an interactive session to educate the villagers about HIV/ AID, Hepatitis, Malaria, Water borne diseases, Hygiene and Sanitation etc.
