ITANAGAR, Mar 23:  All the corporators of the IMC led by mayor Tame Phassang accompanied by officials, AEs and JEs today inspected the proposed garbage disposal site of the ICR under Ward 1.
The IMC team reached the site which is around 3 km away from the highway through a foot march on Chimpu-Hollangi road. 
The inspection is a follow-up exercise to Monday’s meeting held between the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and the mayor-led corporators wherein the issues relating to solid waste management and garbage disposal system of the ICR and their solutions were discussed.
The findings of the inspection and suggestions will now be intimated by the IMC to the state government for further perusal.
