KHONSA, Apr 7: Lower Subansiri Deputy Commissioner Somcha Lowang today handed over an amount of Rs 2,95,009 as donation for the Longliang fire victims to DC Tirap Taro Mize in his office chamber in presence of a group of Nocte Women Association (NWA) members.
The above amount has been collected from various offices, unions, NGOs and organizations based in Lower Subansiri district including a few individual donors, spearheaded by the Apatani Students’ Union (ASU). Acknowledging the generous contribution on behalf of the Longliang fire victims, Mize appreciated the humanitarian gesture of the people of Lower Subansiri and the DA. DIPRO
