ITANAGAR, Apr 28: Lower Dibang Valley will go into a 10-day complete Lockdown beginning Thursday in a move which has come as the district has seen a surge in Covid-19 cases recently.
During this period shops and business establishments, vehicular movement, construction activities, offices including inter-state and inter-district movement will remain suspended.
As on Wednesday, Lower Dibang Valley accounted for 240 active cases of the state total of 966 which is second only to the Capital Complex at 252.
