Yupia, Mar 31: Lobsang Tsering has assumed charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Papum Pare, succeeding Ms. Vishakha Yadav, who has been transferred to New Delhi.
A 1995-batch APCS officer, Tsering was previously serving as Commissioner of Tax, Excise and Narcotics. Over the years, he has held several key positions, including EAC Itanagar, ADC Tawang, and Joint Secretary to the Governor.
He was warmly welcomed by the administrative officers at Yupia upon his arrival.
During an interaction with the officers, Tsering emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts, efficient governance, and commitment towards public service for the overall development of the district.
