BOLENG, Jul 2: MLA Ojing Tasing and DC Siang Atul Tayeng today flagged off the 108 Emergency Response Ambulance service in presence of ZPC, SP, DMO, DRCHO and others.
The advanced life support system ambulance is well-equipped for emergency cases and will be operational round-the-clock. Taking  opportunity  of the occasion, the DC discussed the ‘Test-Track-Treat’ protocol and highlighted the importance of intensive testing alongside Covid vaccination. The DMO stated that the ambulance service can be availed by dialing the toll-free number ‘108’. The MLA emphasized that responsiveness of the toll-free number operators is of foremost importance.
The DMO informed that there will be uninterrupted functioning of the Centralised Response Centre 24x7 and all throughout the year. DIPRO
