ITANAGAR, Sep 19: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students' Union (AAPSU) has expressed sorrow at the sudden demise of Advocate General of Arunachal Pradesh Nilay Dutta. 
A renowned legal luminary, late Dutta till his demise was
very much active and vocal on issues concerning the interests of the general populace. The AAPSU on behalf of the entire people of the state recalls late Dutta's contribution towards the people not only as
the Advocate General but also as a staunch defender of indigenous tribal people of the state. His presentation in the state assembly hall on the vexed Chakma-Hajong issue on invitation of state government was a historic occasion in many ways, the union said in a statement this evening.
We expressed our heartfelt condolence to the departed soul and pray to the almighty to give enough strength to the bereaved family members, AAPSU said.
