Itanagar, Apr 8: The Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar chaired a meeting to discuss the ten point memorandum submitted by the Arunachal Pradesh Engineering Service Association (APESA) at Civil Secretariat, today.
After thorough discussion, the Chief Secretary informed the APESA that the memorandum will be further placed to the Government for decisions. He informed that the decisions will be taken purely on one guiding principle which is, whether it will be beneficial to public at large and for the State.
Meanwhile he urged the APESA team led by its President Pura Tupe and its executive members to play a pro-active role to encourage quality control, project management, and work culture amongst its members for the development of the State. He also stressed on timely completion and delivery of the projects for the betterment of the State.
Principal Secretary (Finance) Sharat Chauhan, Commissioner (PWD) Kaling Tayeng, Secretary (PHE & WS) Rinchin Tashi, Secretary (UD) Mitali Namchoom, Secretary (AR) Ajay Chagti, and Secretary WRD) Geyum Padu were also present in the meeting.
