ITANAGAR, Feb 25: Reigning Miss Arunachal, Tengam Celine Koyu, has been chosen as brand ambassador by the Itanagar Municipal Corporation for Swacch Bharat Mission (U) under its jurisdiction as per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs. She will be engaging with citizens to keep the city clean and green for better ranking of Itanagar in the upcoming Swachh Survekshan- 2022.
