TAWANG,  Feb 3: Chief Minister Pema Khandu, today hoisted a 104 feet tall monumental national flag at Ngangpa Natme (Buddha Park) above Circuit House Tawang. It is the second highest monumental national flag at 10000 feet in terms of altitude in India. 
Dedicating it to the patriotic people of Arunachal, Khandu also congratulated MLA Tawang Tsering Tashi, District Administration Tawang, SSB, ITBP, Indian Army including civilians.
