MIAO, Feb 10:  A Khaplang faction insurgent from Longding surrendered before security forces in Miao.
Self Styled Private Limkai Pansa, a resident of Khonsa was trained in NSCN- KYA since 1993 in Wakthan camp. The cadre joined the mainstream  after sincere and strenuous efforts by security forces.
These successful operations resonates strong resolve of the Indian Army and Arunachal Police who have been proactively working against nefarious plans of insurgent groups for a peaceful North East and repeatedly asking insurgents to shun violence and join mainstream, stated a release.
