PASIGHAT, Feb 17: As part of its nationwide awareness programme, Indian Air Force (IAF) in collaboration with East Siang District Administration conducted a student interaction cum awareness programme in schools in Pasighat on February 16. The programme was aimed at briefing students about the three branches of Indian Air Force where they could apply as per their age, physical attributes, qualification, inclination and interest. 
Corporal Manish Chaudhary and Corporal Vishnu SR from 11-Airman Selection Centre, Guwahati accompanied by the Assistant Employment Officer, Pasighat, Ome Taggu on Tuesday conducted awareness in Daying Ering Memorial HSS, IGJ HSS and Kendriya Vidhyalaya and encouraged the students to develop team spirit and valor to fight for the country. The students were informed in detail about the eligibility criteria and the various qualifying exams that are required for entering into IAF. The officials later met the Deputy Commissioner Dr. Kinny Singh at her office. DIPRO
