YUPIA, May 29: The Deputy Commissioner- Cum- Chairman DDMA Papum Pare District Pige Ligu declared C.P.C Hara Happa Centre along with five shops adjacent to the entry point of the centre under Doimukh Sub-Division as Micro Containment Zone following detection of clustering of COVID-19 positive cases through random Rapid Antigen Test conducted by the medical team of Doimukh. Accordingly, the aforesaid area has been contained and inmates have been put under home quarantine for a period of 14 days from May 29 upto June 12.
Further, exemption order of a Tata sumo with registration No.AR02/6745 for ferrying essential items from Naharlagun to Hara Happa has been cancelled and police personnel at Check gates/ Nakas has been directed to strictly check the movement of said vehicle. All essential items required by the inmates will be provided by coordinating with shopkeepers and Home Delivery firms by SDO Doimukh in coordination with the Police and Medical Team.
