AALO, Jul 8:

 

A day long career counselling cum felicitation programme was organised today by Galo Welfare society, wherein prominent personalities like Dr. Moji Jini, Huzar Lollen, IAS and Nyali Ete etc participated.

 On the occasion, academic achievers right from school to APPSCE including two medical super specialists were felicitated and given cash awards along with certificates.

 On the sidelines of the programme, Gumpe Rime, currently working as Head of Youth Development, Shillong Lajong FC and Goalkeeping coach of Indian National Football team was also felicitated.

 Chief Guest, Deputy Speaker, Er. Tumke Bagra lauded the student community for their performance and requested them to be the torch bearer of society.
