PASIGHAT, Jul 5:  Goods and Services Tax (GST) facilitation centre has been opened in the premises of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Pasighat for the benefit of tax payers and common man for any GST related operational requirement and query.

Informing about the development, Superintendent of Tax & Excise, East Siang District, Pasighat, Kingman Komut, said that tax payers including those who want to know about GST can visit the centre which has been opened for public services.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax applicable throughout India which replaced multiple cascading taxes levied by the central and state governments.
