TISSA/ LONGDING, Apr 9:  In a gruesome incident, three persons were found dead on the night of April 8 at Tissa, Longding district. The incident occurred at Tissa which is 12 Km away from the district headquarters Longding. 
"On receiving the information, a team of police rushed to the spot and found three bodies lying with blood stains and throat slit probably with sharp weapons," informed  Officer Incharge-Longding Police Station O Lego.
The deceased have been identified as Khamnai Wangpan (52) Bhakta Bahadur (56) and Kumar Pradhan (66). Khamnai was working as chowkidar at a private Crusher plant at Tissa and the other  were employed on a private farm, added the OC.
He further informed that no clue has been established yet (till the filing of this report) against the culprit but a case No. 13/2021, US- 302 IPC has been registered in the police station. “There is no clue as of now about the culprits but the investigation is in full swing to nab the culprit involved in such criminal act," stated OC.
"The incident has shaken the aggrieved families as well as society. We have no enmity with anyone," said Somnai Wangpan the brother of one of the victims.
Somnai Wangpan who is also the General Secretary of  the apex body of the Wancho community, Wancho Council (WC) condemned the incident and sought proper inquiry and immediate arrest of the culprit involved in the heinous crime.
 “Justice must be delivered to all the three victims," said the General Secretary.
