YUPIA, Mar 29: Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare,  Minga Sherpa, along with PD-Cum-DPDO Bengia Yakar and Executive Engineer WRD, Yupia Division Nabam Ayung attended the launch event of “Jal Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain”-2022  by President of India coinciding with National Water Award2022 through video conferencing at NIC Yupia today.
Accordingly, as per the direction of the government, Gram Sabhas were held by respective  Member Secretaries alongwith Zilla Parishad Members and Gram Panchayat Chairpersons   at their Gram Panchayats  and discussed issues related to water conservation and took the pledge of Jal Shapath.
