ITANAGAR, Mar 30: Governor Brig. (Dr.) BD Mishra (Retd.) wished President Ram Nath Kovind a speedy recovery ahead of his scheduled  heart surgery.
Kovind was shifted to the AIIMS, Delhi on March 27. Post investigations, doctors have advised him to undergo a planned bypass procedure which is expected to be performed on March 30. The President’s health is stable and he is under the care of the experts at the premier institute.
The President has been a true elder, philosopher and guide to all Governors, Lt. Governors and Union Territory Administrators and all are proud of the President's magnanimity, Mishra said.
