ITANAGAR, Jan 5: Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju along with member of Parliament Dilip Saikia and Honorary Secretary, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Jay Shah today called on Governor Brig. (Dr.) B. D. Mishra (Retd.) here at the Raj Bhavan in presence of Chief Minister Pema Khandu. 
The Governor while urging Rijiju and the Honorary Secretary, BCCI to facilitate special training for the state’s cricketers, requested them to provide platforms for exposure and honing of skills of the Arunachalee youths so that they can find a place in national level cricket events on the strength of their merit. Reiterating that people of the state love team games immensely, he observed how cricket has grown widely in Arunachal Pradesh.
Other BCCI officials and members of the Arunachal Cricket Association were also present on the occasion. PRO Raj Bhavan
