ITANAGAR, Jul 7:Governor PB Acharya has expressed shock and grief over the tragic IAF chopper crash in Papum Pare District.

The Governor, who is on an official tour to Maharashtra said that the unfortunate accident have saddened all, as the experienced pilots and air crew along with Police personnel of the aircraft were accomplishing a very challenging rescue mission.

‘I join the people of Arunachal Pradesh and officers and all ranks of Air Force and Indian Reserve Battalion in praying for eternal peace of the departed souls and paying our deepest condolences to the bereaved families,’ the Governor said.
