ITANAGAR, May 4: Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt. General K.T. Parnaik (Retd.) has greeted the people of the State and the Buddhist community, on the auspicious occasion of Buddha Purnima, which marks the birth, enlightenment and demise of Lord Gautam Buddha. Parnaik expressed hope that the blessed occasion continues to propagate the virtuous teachings of Lord Buddha.
May this pious occasion inspire all to imbibe Lord Buddha’s teachings for the enduring wellbeing of each one in the society, the Governor wished in his message.
