ITANAGAR, Oct 21: Governor Brig. (Dr.) B. D. Mishra (Retd.) has condoled the demise of a former member of the State Public Service Commission and retired Joint Director, Health Services, Dr. Chamma Manpoong. The Governor conveyed his heartfelt condolences to her younger brother Chowna Mein, Deputy Chief Minister and members of the bereaved family.
In his condolence letter, the Governor said that in the passing away of Dr. Chamma Manpoong, the State has lost a benevolent medical practitioner, who immensely contributed to the healthcare sector of Arunachal Pradesh.
I join the people of Arunachal Pradesh in praying to Lord Buddha to give eternal peace to the departed soul and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss, the Governor said in his letter.
