ITANAGAR, Oct 7: Governor Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) who returned from the national capital on October 6, has appealed the people of the state to observe strict covid-19 protocol to check the spread of the contagion. The first couple upon their return including the ADC to Governor underwent Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) at Innerline Check Gate, Banderdewa. While the tests have come negative, they are undergoing five-day home quarantine as per the guidelines issued by the state government.
