ITANAGAR, Jul 25:The Group of Ministers constituted for examining and making ground assessment on the issues pertaining to the operationalisation and functionalisation of Lower Siang District today submitted its report to the Chief Secretary and Secretary to the Cabinet for onward submission to the State Cabinet for further decision. The report has been submitted within the time frame fixed by the Government.
