KANGKU, Nov 6: Dope Ori, has been elected the new president of Galo Students Union (GSU) in the Central Executive Meeting held on November 5 at Community hall Champak-Chojo village under Kangku Circle in Lower Siang District. Earlier, Ori served as Chairman Research & Documentation Cell in the GSU. “The post of full-fledged President of GSU was lying vacant since September 23, 2020 after the expulsion of membership of then-President GSU Mepe Ete. As such all the Central Executive Member of the GSU in presence of its Federal units has unanimously elected Dope Ori, Chairman Research & Documentation Cell, GSU as the New President of Galo Students’ Union,” a press release stated.
