ITANAGAR, Oct 1: Itanagar Smart City Development Corporation Limited (ISCDCL) kicked off the celebration of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” today to commemorate India’s 75 years of independence. The theme of the first day of celebration was “Freedom From Crime”.

Various features of the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) under ISCDCL were demonstrated to the different citizen groups such as government officials, corporators, media, professors from Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar and police personnel.  Giving the demonstration and welcome note, Sonkoli Sonam the Executive Engineer of Itanagar Smart City Development Corporation Ltd. briefed about the security features available in the ICCC. The various component like Emergency Call Box System, Public Address System, Variable Message Display System, Environmental Sensors, Drone Camera Surveillance, Rapid Deployment Emergency Response System etc. were explained and demonstrated to the citizens.

It was also informed that, mobile application for Itanagar City which integrates all services is being developed as a component of ICCC.

During the demonstration session, participants multiple queries were also responded with live instances by using ICCC Video Walls and Dahey Sangno the CEO, ISCDCL responded to various questions by media persons during his press interview during the session.
