Khonsa, Dec 24:  A free laboratory conducting a host of Pathology, Biochemistry and Serology tests has been operationalized here at the General Hospital from December 21 last.
This was informed by the hospital’s Medical Superintendent Dr. Khogen Socia. Pathological tests available in the new lab are Hb%, CBC, platelet count, blood grouping, TLC, DLC, PT, ESR, total red cell count and RBC parameter. RBS, FBS, PPBS, RFT, LFT and lipid profile tests will be conducted under the Biochemistry segment and the Serology department will cater to urine sugar, albumin, urine pregnancy test and urine microscopy tests.
