ITANAGAR, Jul 11:Close at the heels of the Governor PB Acharya’s effort to provide technical education to needy and disadvantaged students of the State, the Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodbidri, Karnataka has offered to provide 10 Engineering seats for students from Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
