ITANAGAR, Jul 2:At the initiative of the Governor of Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh, PB Acharya, Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodbidri, a few kilometres away from Mangalore, Karnataka has offered opportunity to 50 students from Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh for the academic session 2017-18. Alva’s Education Foundation will provide the accommodation and education fees for the selected students worth approximately Rs. 50,000 per student for free. The students’ will have to bear the charges for food, books, uniform and university fees.

Interested students may submit an application stating the course he/she wants to apply for along with a copy of their mark sheets and Indigenous Inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh Certificate to Raj Bhavan, Itanagar.

It may be recalled that the Alva’s Education Foundation has already agreed to provide free education and accommodation to four students from Puroik community at the request of Acharya through Indian National Fellowship Centre, Mumbai.
