Itanagar, Jun 2: The officers of the office of the Deputy Commissioner accorded a warm farewell to former DC ICC Komkar Dulom who has been posted as the Director of Disaster Management Department.
Dulom spoke of his early days since his joining the APCS as EAC Kimin and after which he got a chance to serve in various capacities across the state.
He said that to him the most fulfilling was his chance to serve as the DC of his home district and also as the DC of the Capital of the state.
He said he tried to work to the best of his capability as DC capital despite the pandemic and also lauded his team of officers who were instrumental in defeating the first wave.
He hoped the new team led by DC Potom would work equally hard to fight the second wave of Covid-19. He also recalled his association with Potom since the time he was CEO and how they had worked together on many issues including the NH-415 and also acknowledged his contribution during the first wave.
He asked the officers to extend all kind of cooperation to the new DC and asked the new DC also to work as a team leader taking all along. DIPRO
