PASIGHAT, Jul 31: The first COVID-19 positive patient of Siang District has been discharged from COVID Care Centre, District Hospital, Boleng on Wednesday after Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) repeat test & Rapid antigen test result of the patient came negative.
The discharged certificate was handed over to the patient by Ojing Tasing, MLA, 35th Pangin-Boleng Assembly Constituency in the presence of Rajeev Takuk, Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Rachel Darung, District Medical Officer, Dr. Kaling Tamuk, Medical superintendent District Hospital Boleng, Surveillance team & COVID-19 warriors.
The discharged patients have been strictly advised for 21 days home quarantine.
