ITANAGAR, Jan 7: A major blaze engulfed City Mission School situated at Dokum colony, Itanagar in the wee hours of Friday. No casualties were reported however significant property was lost in the inferno including documents.
Speaking to media, Proprietor CMS, Joram Dol informed that the incident occurred in the wee hours and most of the staff including students were not present in the campus due to winter vacation.
"The school was to reopen today, but unfortunately the incident occurred where classrooms, offices, and other structures were reduced to ashes," he said.
