Among the two bridges, the RCC bridge on Payin river measures 15 meter and the RCC double-lane over Panyiu river measures 45 meter along with the road from BRTF to Laying via SDO headquarters. The bridge over Payin will connect several villages in Nyobia Circle and will also give passage to the Parsi Parlo Circle in Koloriang assembly constituency, while the bridge over Panyiu will join the two Circles of Nyobia and Sangram and ease the movement of local people to a great extent.

I am trying my best to bring improvement in these sectors, but need people’s cooperation in this regard,” Felix said while making the inaugurations. He reiterated that real development would be possible only with coordinated cooperation from all sections of society including government officers, public leaders and executing agencies.
