ITANAGAR, Jul 14: Governor Brig. (Dr.) B. D. Mishra (Retd.) on Tuesday appointed 5 government spokespersons namely Home Minister Bamang Felix and MLAs Nyato Dukam, Nyamar Karbak, Gabriel D. Wangsu and Kaling Moyong. While Felix had earlier been a government spokesperson, the other four have been given the responsibility for the first time. The new spokespersons will start functioning with immediate effect. DIPRO
