A news report was published in few dailies on September 30 last by four individuals of Peri village namely one Nyumgum Karga, Mito Minung, Karli Kamki and Dege Bomjen who petitioned the Chief Secretary for immediate suspension of Digmar Tally , ASIF& CS And Sento Jossam SIF& CS presently serving in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District, wherein they alleged both the officials of misappropriation and of not distributing foodgrains to bonafide Ration Card holders covered under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) of M/s Bomkar Kamkgo Fair Price Shop.
According to the duo, the case has already been settled by constituting a Board of Officers, twice on 8 September 2020 and a higher Board of Officers on 4 August earlier this year for a free and fair inquiry of the case and also re- examination and re-checking of the case was done by calling the 15 PDS complainant beneficiaries.

‘Despite settlement of the case, the allegation made by the four individuals by publishing news report in the state dailies has hurt our sentiments and is causing mental harassment. This has also defamed our hard earned image of past 29 years of dedicated public service,’ Sento Jossam and Digmar Tally said in their counter press statement.
