PASIGHAT, Nov 11: Pasighat West MLA Ninong Ering today inaugurated a Block library at Bilat Government Higher Secondary School under Ruksin subdivision in East Siang district and also felicitated thirteen APPSCCE prelims qualifiers with cash awards of Rs. 10,000 each on the occasion.
DC Dr. Kinny Singh, Circle Officer TD Bapu, Principal T. Tatan, officials and villagers were present on the occasion. 
The MLA while lauding the efforts of the CO and Principal for the library, expressed hope it will meet the educational needs of various groups of students/people. 
Earlier, the DC while congratulating the students highlighted the role of libraries in providing the requisite supplementary material for extra learning. DIPRO
