SEPPA, Nov 24: Seppa Police has registered a rape case against an Assistant Engineer (AE) posted at Bameng PWD Division for allegedly committing rape against his minor domestic helper at Seppa.  Sources revealed that as per the victim's statement, the alleged accused used to beat her whenever she resisted his approach.
Meanwhile, Seppa Police has arrested the alleged accused person under Section 376 IPC under  Section 4 of POCSO Act 2012 and is presently under police custody, this was confirmed by OC, Women Police Station, Seppa.
