ZIRO, Mar 10: The three day state level hands-on training programme on “Onboarding Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) through e-Gram Swaraj-PFMS Interface (e-GBPI)” for online payment of XV Finance Commission Grants got underway at the State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD&PR) today.
The hands-on training is being imparted by National Resource Persons comprising Consultants of NIC, MoPR, New Delhi namely Mohit Gupta, Subodh Gurjar, Sumit Tyagi, Vinag Tyagi and MIS experts of the Nodal PR Department of the State.
Director, PR, Tamuna Miso, asked all the participants to clear doubts and problems in presence of the National Resource Persons. Since onboarding into e-Gram Swaraj Portal is linked with funding under XV FC Grants, he asked participants, Panchayat Technical Assistants (PTA), Computer cum Account Assistant (CCAA) to work hard to get all the required data uploaded in the portal in a time bound manner for implementation and utilization of XV FC grants.
Director, SIRD&PR, Habung Lampung, informed that e-Gram Swaraj Portal has very low data/uploading of details as required. He requested the National Resource Person not only to give hands-on training to people in the field but also to find out where the problem lies and the best solution so that Arunachal Pradesh can get a hundred percent on boarding of all PRIs in a fixed timeline. Earlier, S.W Bagang, Assistant Director-cum-Course Director while welcoming the participants apprised the course structure.. Altogether 63 PTAs & CCAAs of the Panchayati Raj department of every district are attending the training.
