PASIGHAT, May 14: Fifty out of fifty seven project affected families/landowners under Phase-II of Northern Frontier Railway Project from 7-Miles to 2-Miles, under Pasighat Circle were handed over compensation cheques by the East Siang District Administration today  after verification of original Aadhar Card, Schedule Tribe Certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate, Bank Account Passbook and passport size photos etc of the PAFs/landowners who have offered their lands for the said project. Under Ruksin sub-division, compensation will be given on Sunday to 94 PAFs. 
Among others, Deputy Commissioner Tayi Taggu, Pasighat ADC Tatdo Borang, DLRSO Kamin Darang (EAC), NF Railway Deputy Chief Engineer Sitesh Das from Rangia, Executive Engineer Kingkar Das from Siapathar, SSE Biman Doley from Silapathar, SSE Jayam from Dibrugarh, magistrates, and officers were present on the occasion.
