PASIGHAT, Dec 12: The 96th Birth Anniversary of late Dr. Daying Ering, the Architect of Modern Arunachal Pradesh  was organised at Pasighat at Daying Ering Statue Square on December 11. The programme was organised by the Daying Ering Heritage Portal (DEHP) under the aegis of the Himalayan Tribal Heritage Society (HTHS), headed by Chairman  Taring Tabi, along with  executive members.
The programme was joined by Chief Guest MLA Er. Tapi Darang, and Guest of Honour Dr. Takeng Taggu, GB & President, Adi Belt Members Village Council Authority (ABMVCA).The occasion began with an invocation prayer delivered by Obang Taruk,  invoking blessings for the event and honouring the memory of Late Dr. Daying Ering.
The event received the moral support of several renowned senior citizens including Kenyom Dabi, Toko Teki, Pike Pulu, and many others committed to preserving the legacy of Dr. Ering.
The highlights included floral tributes at the statue of  Dr. Daying Ering  honouring his dedication, statesmanship, and lifelong service to the development of Arunachal Pradesh.
