Khonsa, Dec 15: District Task Force for Immunization meeting  was held Tirap headquarters  Khonsa under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Hento Karga today.
Aims and objective of meeting was to review the status of Routine Immunization, Covid-19 vaccination, MR campaign and fiPV- 3rd dose.
fiPV 3rd dose is to be launced in January 2023 and MR campaign to be held for elimination of Measles Rubella.
District Medical Officer Dr N Lowang, other health officials and  all CDPOs of Khonsa, Namsang and Lazu  CD Block were present at the meeting.
While addressing the meeting, the DC appreciated the medical team for their hard work and requested them to give preference in treating those who can’t go out of the district for treatment and also stressed on prompt service.
