Longding, Nov 17: District Health Society, Longding under NCD unit observed World Diabetes Day on November 16 last here at the CHC with activities like blood sugar screening, BP measurement, BMI calculation etc.

Deputy Commissioner Bani Lego, DMO Dr Worar Taku and other medical staff were present on the occasion. The DC while stressing on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle shared the endeavours taken for improving the district’s healthcare scenario. DPO (NCD) Longding Dr Kato Ratan counselled the participants on diabetes and its management.
