ITANAGAR, Jul 25:Taking stock of the problems and feedbacks provided by the citizens regarding CM’s Flagship Programme scheme mainly the Krishi Rinn Yojana and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Bunkar Yojana, a meeting was convened today in the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan with the representatives of the banks of Capital Complex. The meeting was held with the aim to resolve the issues faced by the citizens and to avoid inconvenience to the public and to work out modalities for the implementation of such schemes.

During the meeting, EAC Itanagar Jiken Bomjen highlighted the problems faced by the applicants during the submission of the applications. The EAC informed that the applicants are facing problem for registration through stand up mitra as well as the preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR).

However, the DC clarified that no DPR is required in case of Krishi Rinn Yojana and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Bunkar Yojana and for the Swavalamban Yojana, the latest format of application would serve the purpose of DPR. The DC informed that the application in case of Krishi Rinn Yojana and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Bunkar Yojana would be forwarded to the banks by the concerned EACs and in case of Swavalamban Yojana, after recommendation by the State Level Committee (SLCs), the applicant can register through www.standupmitra.inonline. Moreover, the forms for the same along with the guidelines are available online athttp://itanagar.nic.in/scheme.html

The DC further directed the lead bank manager to fix beneficiary target for all the banks and circulate the same to all the banks so that the banks are aware of the target. The DC requested the Administrative Officers and Bank Officials to liaise with each other and to work in coordination for the successful implementation of the programmes.
