Aalo, Nov 10: In a devastating fire that broke out at around 10 am on November 7 last at Katheying Colony in Tato, three houses were completely gutted down resulting in huge loss of properties.
ADC Mechuka Gamtum Padu inspected the site and distributed relief to the three affected families and on direction from Deputy Commissioner Mito Dirchi, immediate relief in cash and kind have also been handed over to the ADC for further distribution to the victims. The tragic incident has once again brought to the fore the necessity to spread mass awareness on fire precautionary measures particularly at this time of the year when people sit late at night in front of fireplaces.
Meanwhile, the Shi-Yomi District Administration is expediting land demarcation works for infrastructure set-up of the new district. DIPRO
