Itanagar, Dec 10: Principal, ITI, Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Pura Nyime passed away on Thursday morning in Naharlagun after a brief illness.
He was suffering from liver ailment and returned a week ago after undergoing treatment at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi. Mourning the death of Nyime, officers and staff of the Department organised a condolence meeting at the office premises of Udyog Sadan on the day and paid floral tributes. Director, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Subu Tabin while condoling the death said with Nyime’s untimely demise the department has lost a knowledgeable and dedicated person and a good team member.
Born on January 3, 1972 at Hija Village, Ziro, Late Nyime joined the Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship as an Instructor at ITI, Tabarijo in March, 1993 and subsequently served at ITI Roing before joining the Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in the state capital.
He leaves behind his wife Pura Yaming, a son and two daughters.
