YUPIA, Mar 11: A meeting was held to improve key performance indicators of Papum Pare (Rural) today chaired by Deputy Commissioner Minga Sherpa.
The meeting comes following at the visit by Dr.MK Bandhari,  Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India to Papum Pare district in connection with key performance indicators.
Addressing the District Programme Management Supporting Unit and MO i/c of various health facilities, the DC opined that although necessary services are being delivered at grassroot  level, data is not reflected and hence directed all concerned to strengthen the data delivery mechanism. He also stressed upon possibility of digitisation and re-orientation training of grassroots health workers like ASHA, AWW and ANM.
District Medical Officer Dr.K.Perme highlighted the plan of action and strategies to improve the KPI of the district and informed the house to work in mission mode and time bound manner.
The status of PMJAY beneficiary identification process in the district was also reviewed. DIPRO
