Itanagar, Mar 11: The Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar Talo Potom convened a meeting with head of departments of various works departments to review the status of ongoing projects and schemes under government sponsored schemes at his conference hall today.
The HoDs briefed about the status of the ongoing works of their respective departments and also discussed about various important issues with regard to the implementation of the projects.
The DC asked the departments to maintain transparency and also to maintain proper coordination amongst themselves while executing the works so as to ensure that the schemes are completed on  time, without compromising on the quality of works. 
He also asked the HoDs to submit their proposals, projects, etc, to the government through the district administration. 
The meeting was also attended by EAC  Takam Nicholas and DPO Chuku Talo.
