Itanagar, May 20: The Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex Talo Potom  convened a meeting with health and administrative officials today to take stock of major issues with regard to the implementation of containment order within Itanagar Capital Complex.
Various issue like law and order, contact tracing, home delivery services etc were discussed in detail in the meeting which was attended by EAC Itanagar Likha Radh, CO Laxmi Dodum, CO Banderdewa Ritu Tawe, SDPO Rike Kamsi, DMO ICC Dr Mandip Perme and APMC Member Secretary Dolang Akom.
The DC urged the officials to continue their work with sincerity and dedication. He also asked them to take stock of home delivery services within their jurisdiction from time to time for the convenience of the public.
During the meeting, the DMO informed that the Flying squad teams have started random testing of primary contacts of all those in high risk wards and sectors in Itanagar and Naharlagun that have high positivity cases. He further informed that the locations have been identified after consultation with the Corporators, Incident Commanders and the respective administrative officers.
The DMO also informed that the random testing by Flying Squad teams is done free of cost and has asked those in high risk area to get themselves tested if they have come in contact with a positive person.
