KHONSA, Jul 12:DC Tirap Ravi Jha who has been transferred to Goa was given a formal farewell today. All charges have been handed to ADC T. Aran for the time being. Speaking at the function, Jha conveyed heartfelt thanks to all officials and PRIs including the people of Tirap for their cooperation and advised all to work collectively and with concerted efforts to achieve all tasks.
